Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Waitlist signups. Your email address, and optionally the paying-account-count range you select. If you arrived via a shared link, we may record the referral tag from that link.
• Abuse prevention. We store a salted, one-way hash of the IP address used to submit the waitlist form (never the raw address) to rate-limit spam. This hash can't be reversed to recover your IP.
• Calculator inputs. The numbers you enter into the free calculator are stored only in your browser (localStorage) and reflected in the page URL so you can share a scenario. They are never sent to our servers.
• Site analytics. We use Vercel Analytics, which reports aggregate page-view and performance data without cookies or persistent visitor identifiers.

What we never collect

Once the Waterline SDK is available, it will never collect prompt content or completion content from your AI calls: only metadata such as model name, token counts, timestamps, your customer identifier, and latency.

How we use it

We use your email to notify you when Waterline access opens and to respond to messages you send us. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of infrastructure providers to run this site: Vercel (hosting and analytics), Neon (database), and Resend (waitlist confirmation email, only if you sign up). Each processes data solely on our behalf and under their own privacy and security commitments.

Your rights

You can ask us to remove your email from the waitlist at any time by writing to hello@usewaterline.com. We'll confirm once it's done.

Children

This site is intended for business use and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised policy.
