These terms cover your use of usewaterline.com: the marketing site, the free AI margin calculator, and the waitlist. By using this site, you agree to them.
The product isn't live yet
Waterline's product (the tracking SDK, data ingest, and dashboard) is not yet available. Nothing on this site grants you access to it or guarantees a launch date. Joining the waitlist expresses interest only; it is not a purchase or a contract for future service.
The calculator is a model
The free calculator produces illustrative estimates from the numbers you enter, plus stated assumptions. It is not financial, tax, or accounting advice, and the account-level distribution it shows is a model, not measured data. Don't rely on it for decisions where you need certified figures.
Acceptable use
Don't attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at abusive volume, submit the waitlist form on behalf of people who haven't asked to be added, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
The site's content, design, and code are owned by Waterline or its licensors. You may not copy or redistribute it without permission, beyond normal browser caching and fair use.
No warranty
This site, the calculator, and everything on it are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Waterline is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or reliance on the calculator's output.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product develops. Material changes will update the date at the top of this page.
